This is a brilliant cookbook full of so many tasty and easy recipes I m working through it and aim to cook everything eventually This is a superb cookbook and I would highly recommend it.
Nice book with good pics and recipes Most of them I was familiar with but good to have some from islands apart from Mauritius which has had its fair share of publicity recently.

Wow, what a refreshing cook book The ingredients and recipes are easy to follow for an inexperienced cook like me but the flavours are amazing I love that some of the recipes involve leaving ingredients to marinate overnight, it means that you can do some of your meal prep the night before which is very handy when you are tired after a long day and don t want to spend ages preparing then cooking a meal No fancy equipment needed and it is exciting to use fresh ingredients with a tropical twist I m looking forward to working my way through all the recipes of this book.
This book is sheer delight When it arrived I spent a good morning flicking through the book s pages marking out which recipes I wanted to make, each ismouth watering than the next.
Selina is a self taught, honing her craft for a decade, which makes this book and recipes so special So much thought and love has gone into creating this book.
